1/3cup soy sauce, 1/2cup olive oil, 1/3cup lemon juice, 1/4cup Worcestershire, 1 1/2tbs garlic powder, 3tbs basil, 1 1/2tbs parsley, 1tsp white pepper, 1/4tsp hot pepper sauce(optional) 1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed. 2. Pour marinade over meat, marinate for up to 8 hrs. Cook.
Remember to shake the excess marinade off your braai meat before you put it on the grill. By dripping the marinade into the fire, you cause the meat to turn to charcoal. Unless you like your meat charred, scorched and burnt to a crisp!
